On the screen it said iced coffee I asked the employee on the mic if it was cold brew not iced coffee she says yes so I pulled up to window I asked again is this cold brew then she said oh you wanted cold brew then she turned around to try to fix it I just drove off because it’s important to listen & if you’re working in a coffee shop you should know the difference between cold brew & iced coffee.
