- MBMae BlairNov 13, 20251.0I was here at 6:30 a.m. on a Thursday morning and the entrance gate was closed. The workers watched as we were standing outside the gate and not once did they apologize or give a reason to why they were running late. The person in charge states , we will be opening shortly with a sense of "just leave already" attitude. This is ridiculous, I understand we can run a little late but just acknowledge your customers. One worker even went on to apologize but later said it was Georgia's traffic. I told him Ga's traffic is always time consuming. You have to leave a little early to arrive on time.

Now all the sudden the lady in the Drive-Thru tells me that she's not allowed to modify a certain drink that they've modified for 2 months now. So this Duncan has lost my business because there's a Starbucks right down the road and I don't recommend you going to this dunking if you don't want it exactly the way they make it because they'll refuse to fix it for you.
