When I got my matcha I immediately knew it wasn’t made right it looked and tasted like the powder was mixed with water and not milk and they just added the sweetened pumps. So when I went in I was met with the white girl on the shift, also was a black girl with I guess hazel eyes and a white boy at the window. This white girl had the worst attitude at 5:30 in the morning. I get it, it’s early and the last thing you want is a unsatisfied customer coming back in but if the drink was made right the first time it wouldn't have had to happened. I get matcha from this location all the time and when I said I wanted my drink made a certain type of way the white girl was so unprofessional and not even trying to explain procedures or anything just a nasty attitude having ahh girl. Either she should not be on the morning shift or she needs to be retrained on customer etiquette!.
