As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I was busy on the phone and was the only car in the drive so I asked for a moment while finishing a call the Douglasville tornado siren went off as a test and I couldn’t order. Then a employee rudely said if your not going to order leave the drive through line. Stunned as I’m the only car in the drive through “I said the siren was going I couldn’t order during that.” He chimed back she asked three times prior and you didn’t respond. “I said oh you mean the AI voice” I’m the only one in the drive through are you serious? I could literally go anywhere. They rudely said then go there. I think the owner should be aware that his crew is running his business in the ground. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with employees attitudes here. I won’t be coming back and don’t recommend this location to my worst enemy. This is the worst checkers I’ve been too.

Usually checkers is really good but this was so awful.

Customer service goes a long a way. It's not just the rising cost of fast food that's turning people away but more so the customer service. By the way it was manager that walked over and told the employee to say no. Smh. Not to mention when I got my burger there were no pickles at all on it. So not only did I not get the extra pickles I didn't get any.
