We waited for 20 minutes and 10 minutes after we were sitting down another 4 person family got sat down. We waited for a total of over 30 minutes and the family got served before we did and we ended up leaving. The host was nice and felt bad after we got up and was shocked that no one served us after sitting there for 30 minutes.

As soon as we walked in, we noticed two other couples having to go up to the to-go desk just to pay because their waiter had completely disappeared. A waitress noticed us and said she would get another waiter for us. Keep in mind, the restaurant was not busy at all. We waited 30 minutes and no one ever came to our table. We weren’t even given the chance to order drinks. Because of this, we ended up walking out. This level of service is completely unacceptable. This establishment needs to hire better, more attentive staff. Extremely disappointed.
