  This Pizza Hut experience at this location has been awful for a while now. I used to order from here but the customer service and poor quality of the food made me stop. Now I will no longer pick up Uber deliveries from there either. They do not know how to talk to people. I went to pick up an uber order. He asked me if I had a pizza bag. I told him not on me. Granted I just picked up from papa John’s and didn’t want to grab the bag with the other pizzas already in them. So he tells me he will get me one like he’s doing me a favor. I proceed to thank him but I told him I don’t need one. He then tells me I can’t give you one with out the bag. I told him trust I understand but it’s in the car and before I could even explain he cuts me off and tells me to go and get it. Now I’ve just been disrespected so now I no longer feel the need to prove anything to him and now I refuse to support the store in anyway shape or form. I politely told him it’s ok. I’ll just cancel the order and I walk out as he proceeds to try and bad mouth me to another employee in front of other customers.

  This is the 5th time that they have marked my order ready for pickup on the app. When I arrive the pizza hasnt even been made yet. Idk if all the dominos have gone down like this, but its ridiculous!

  I usually never leave reviews, I honestly appreciate how hard these workers were working. they were moving quick! their communication wasn’t very well at all. The two people actually making the pizzas were kicking A, the rest not so much. I ordered 2 large pizzas that were supposed to be ready around 8:30pm but they weren’t ready till about 8:45 because they were extremely busy, i dont blame them for it. they decided to remake the thin crust pizza I had no problem with it. based on how i observed the area I realized that my pizza was remade but they never gave it to me until about 30-40 minutes after they remade it. they kept asking what my name was to check and 5-7 times they said it wasnt ready and they were still waiting on it. the pizzas had been sitting on the damn counter for 40 minutes. I wasn’t trying to give them a hard time because most of them were kids probably in highschool but that’s actually atrocious work that they never properly checked. there was probably 6 other people the entire time i waited that had a messed up order or the pizza was missing. i hope they read this because of a Word of advice, communication is what brings a team down, no communication, no structure.

  DO NOT ORDER HERE, READ WHY! This place is HORRIBLE! the delivery drivers are horrible, they deliver to the wrong address and act like its okay. Everytime i order from here, something wrong has occured. And don’t even think about calling them to make sure something is correct or to have them fix your order mistake. They will give you attitude like it’s your fault that your order is wrong. No accountability, no care in the world to fix the horrible customer service. And anytime you speak to “Mark” just know your delivery will be messed up or not even corrected. The current manager there is also just like him. Doesn’t have a care in the world
