  Start off my food came out hot & fresh. But I do not recommend this location (they have fruit flies flying) Manager Shawn 👎 👎 👎👎 we had fruit flies flying all over our food. disgusting !!! When I told Shawn about it. All he could say was sorry about that. He didn't even offer to move us to another table. Check out the photo below. Server Brandee👎 👎 She need to learn the menu. The food runner 👎 Also sucks my daughter was swinging at the fruit flies and mistakenly knocked over her plate into her lap. The food run saw this but didn't even offered to get my daughter another plate of food. I wish Hiram could get a Carrabba’s so I don't have to drive to the one in Kennesaw

  Stopped in after shopping on my son’s 15th birthday. Weekday Party of 4 long before closing time. Seen another table being sung happy birthday as we waited for our drinks and appetizers, informed the waitress it’s his birthday. Ate 2 apps and ordered food. WHY as soon as the food came out the waitress slapped a piece of cake on the table !!? Since when do you bring out food and dessert at the same time ? SMH No song no nothing he hadn’t even taken a bite of his dinner. TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS THE SAME !!!!

  Came to the wine dinner on March 18 and everything was amazing!!! The staff, the food, the atmosphere, the experience TOP TIER. I look forward to attending more of these events. Our main server Renee was phenomenal! The owner Sean was so hospitable, welcoming and fun!

  Tonight we arrived party of 3 put my name in and watched the receptionist put in my number and even heard her call it back accurately. Went outside to sit in front since inside was not available. Was not told wait time. After 30 minutes of waiting went in to find out how much longer only to be told their system supposedly text me although I never received a text. The receptionist never made an effort to open the door and call my name. They seated us to the booth right of the door. The waitress finally comes over and gets our drink orders. She then comes back and says while the back gets your drinks ready, which by the way were sodas, do you want to order an appetizer. I placed the order. Our appetizer comes out and still no drinks. She comes to take our food order and we ask about the drinks that we never got. She says oh let me check on it and leaves. She comes back a while later with our salads. We once again ask where our drinks are. She finally goes back to the back and comes back 5 minutes later with drinks. Our food comes out which was really good. My son ask for a refill on his coke. She says yes and then says a another waiter will bring it out. So she put his drink order on some other young guy instead of getting it herself. I run out of soda and I ask for a refill. She said yes never brought it out to me. She later comes back and ask if we needed anything I finally just said the check. I was so tired of having to ask for a drink. This waiter was horrible. She needs some major retraining if she can't see that people don't have drinks and when they do have drinks they are completely empty and should be refilled long before that point. If it wasn't for the experience I had coming in and the service of the waitress I would have give a 5 star review because the food was amazing!

  Carrabba's at Douglasville is my JAM! Good food and great service are the obvious standard and always a winning combo! The pork chops are AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! The peach Sangria is really good. Charmaine and Sean make you feel like you're visiting a good friend's home for dinner. I DEFINITELY recommend the monthly Wine Dinners, excellent 4-5 course meal with some items that aren't even on the regular menu.. exclusives 😋
