Both occasions we arrive and the pizzas have not even been started. Called in almost an hour ahead of time and nothing, we still have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for them to cook. Total failure on customer service. The first time was a few months ago and I said never again, I folded because she likes the pizza from Johnnys and boom, total disappointment again! If you go in it might be different, but for call ins I do not recommend! Customer service is trash!
