    Went to this subway for lunch sandwich as I work in this area. I only eat one kind of sandwich and so I have had the same sandwich for about a year now but I have never seen a sandwich artist toasting the subcrunch. I RECOMMEND TRAINING to the sandwich artist that works in the afternoon.

    I am beyond frustrated and frankly appalled by the treatment my son and I received today, October 20th, 2025, around 3:00 PM at one of your Subway locations. We placed and paid for a pickup order through the Subway App-my card was charged immediately. However, upon arrival, we realized we never received an order confirmation code. We could only show the order screen and the contirmation email. While waiting, we noticed a woman ahead of us having the exact same problem. She was already on the phone with the store owner, PIYUSH PATEL, who told her to "figure it out." When it was our turn, we got on the phone hoping to calmly resolve the issue-and were met with the same level of unprofessionalism. Mr. Patel began rambling about "third-party apps," which was incorrect since we ordered directly through Subway's app. We explained, politely but firmly, that we had already been charged and just wanted either our food, a refund, or some kind of resolution—a coupon, a voucher, anything. We were hungry, out the money we just spent, and completely dismissed. Mr. Patel's response? That it was "not his problem." He then made a bizarre comment that he could "see us through the cameras," which felt extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary. Moments later, he hung up on US. Meanwhile, his poor employees were left trying to smooth things over while their boss refused to take responsibility from behind a screen.At this point, I'm left without my food, out the money, and genuinely disturbed by how we were treated. This is completely unacceptable.I would like immediate follow-up from Subway Corporate regarding this incident, as well as confirmation that this location and owner will be addressed. I can provide screenshots and proof of payment if needed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Just came at 8 pm and the hispanic worker was laid on the counter telling us the store is closed when on the door and website it says 9pm. I told her the store closes at 9pm she cut the lights off in the store and ignored us. Very unprofessional.
