After politely asking for a table to be wiped, the individual who appeared to be the manager (Shaiq) made derogatory comments about me to another customer of a different ethnic background. That kind of behavior from someone in a leadership position is deeply concerning. It reflects not just on the individual, but on the standards being upheld at this location. Customers should not be disrespected or spoken about in that manner for making a simple, reasonable request. I’m documenting this clearly so there is no confusion about when it occurred. Corporate leadership should take this seriously, review what happened at that time, and ensure appropriate accountability and corrective action. Experiences like this should not be ignored.

My food came in a timely manner, cashier was professional and pleasant, however I had to wait an usual long time for a milkshake. I inquired a couple of times. I ordered the hibiscus lemonade from a Chick-fil-A a mile away and after taking one sip, I realized it was too sweet. My cup is FULL (I only could take one sip). I walked in and asked if they could trade it out for something less sweet. She said she could not. That was disappointing and seemed like a very small gesture that could have went a long way.
