  I went to this place 3 or 4 times the staff is really amazing and friendly especially the manager thank you i would recommend this place ❤️

  Their manners, and greetings in this new spot is despicable. This new Wingspot open early in 2026 and the workers already conduct themselves like this. I'm a 3rd party driver and every time I come in here the staff act moody, in a well to do area. You get a 3 out of 10 ratings from me. The other Wingstop between Memorial Drive and Candler Road (in the hood) have better manners than yall and they a 6 out of 10 ratings.

  On Friday, March 20, 2026, the large fries from my order were missing. It was delivered by door dash. I reported it to door dash and didn’t get a response. I called the store and requested surveillance review of the order and I didn’t get any cooperation from the person who took my call at Wingstop and she identified herself as a manager. She said she remembered the order and said she packed it herself; however, when I suggested having it reviewed by surveillance she was not cooperative. Either it was not packed or the delivery person stole it. This is not about the money, it is about honesty and integrity. In my opinion the manager’s actions were rude and inappropriate because she was unwilling to conduct a video review and admitted to preparing my order. I also asked her to give me the general manager’s number or email contact to file a formal complaint and she would not provide me with that information either. People like this should not be given roles to have exchanges with the public. It is against the law to charge a person for services or products not rendered or delivered. The person who delivered it should also know what was in the order. As I said they know that it was not delivered and should not be allowed to have roles dealing with people.

  Very rude staff. My food was not fresh, my fries were so cold I had to microwave them. How can this location be so new but already so bad? Please hire staff that want to do the job they applied and were hired for otherwise this location won’t last long. There are better options with better service and quality nearby. I won’t be back.
