  This gotta be the worst location by far. Horrible service, very rude. Cut me off and didn’t let me finish ordering my food. Had to wait for her to return to the mic to complete my order. Was very sarcastic and smart with me as well. Wendy’s has to start hiring better people.

  Men's bathroom door is busted with a shiny new electronic keypad lock. Employee did not give any time to respond between beating on the door and unlocking it. He then yelled at me for not responding to the beating. I had to remind him the door was locked for a reason. Manager was no help when told about it.

  For the second time 2 days in a row my fries cold and they didn’t fill up the fry box. And my burgers cold as hell. The boss is standing there not checking orders

  Online says the restaurant is OPEN, but the doors remain LOCKED with workers inside refusing to acknowledge me pulling the door. No signage to even say when restaurant will open. Breakfast menu but no breakfast hours huh!

  This is my first bad experience at Wendy’s. Cashier was extremely rude from the start and when I came back up to ask for ketchup and they didn’t even have any… then acted like me asking for bbq sauce was an issue. Half of my fries were cold and the other just barely warm. Over half of the drink options were not available. I am very disappointed that I spend $24 for two people to eat and this is how I’m treated. Mind you I am the only person in the dining room when I ordered..
