  Came and ordered my meal and ordered an orange juice for one of the kids I was with. When I ask for orange juice, the manager whos speaking snaps “WE DONT CARRY ORANGE JUICE.” As im looking right at it on the menu… So i say “oh im looking at it on the menu, i buy it here all the time?” and she snaps again and says “MA’AM I JUST SAID WE DONT CARRY ORANGE JUICE BECAUSE WE DONT CARRY BREAKFAST” and i said so you mean you dont carry breakfast *anymore* & don’t have orange juice?? she goes “IM NOT SERVING YOU BECAUSE YOU’RE MAD ABOUT ORANGE JUICE” ….??? I went ahead and reported this to corporate because no one this hostile about an item that’s listed as “beverages” on their menu should be working fast food… 🥴 all that had to be said was “We dont serve breakfast *anymore* so we no longer have orange juice” in a simple tone instead of the rudeness… the verbiage “we dont carry orange juice” would mean wendys never carried it…especially when speaking to a customer thats at this location & orders it all the time & just purchased it last week…

  Can someone tell me why the sign on the doors say the dining area is open 10am to 10pm and both lobby doors are closed. I am perplexed.

  Worst Wendy's I've ever been too. Do not go here workers are rude and get your meal wrong then have an attitude when you are just trying to get what you paid for. More expensive then typical Wendy's.

  Cashier nasty attitude, if she wants to keep her Wendy’s job , she needs to at least smile . Charging me for sauce , the only Wendy’s I know that charges for sauce ….. smh disappointed. Also I haven’t even paid yet and I asked for lemonade and she proceeds to say “you didn’t say lemonade” and pointed at the fountain drink …. I’m telling you I want a lemonade, you can charge me for it ???? What’s the big fuss about ?
