There were other customers outside waiting as well. Even the workers that showed up were confused…very unprofessional. I’m good on this location

- MMMeganApr 12, 20261.0I had the pleasure of visiting this location while on shopping assignment. The cashier- Cato - stated the company no longer sold gift cards because if scams. I find this to be untrue at several other locations. Also it seems as if the POS does not hold capability of slit payment or the cashier was not aware as to how to perform it. Lastly if your store is not going to sell gift cards please remove the advertising card holder from the front- it is very misleading to customers. While I’m aware they can be purchased online understand that this was a shopping ASSIGNMENT- just doing my job. Also to add - I went to the Panola road location and was able to purchase gift cards AND I received great service.
- JJJoy J.Apr 10, 20262.0When I, and 3 others walked in, no one spoke to us. There were 2 women behind the counter, 1 making smoothies and another making a food item. After 3 - 5 minutes, another woman and man walked up and began taking orders. There was a sign outside that said all bowls were $7, but I'd ordered mine online for over $9. I asked to cancel my order to get rung up for the special and was told I could not do that. It felt like I was being penalized for being a loyal customer that uses the app. I'd mentioned having an online order twice and the bag was sitting on the back counter from the time I walked in the store, but no one offered it to me.
