  I used to go to this location quite frequently 5-6 years ago and never had any problems. I recently moved back to the area about 7 months ago and have went there 4-5 times. Every single time has been terrible. One of the first times I went I placed a mobile order to pickup, when I got inside I clearly saw my bag sitting on the shelf behind the counter but the only person up front was sooo busy having a conversation with someone that I literally waited like 8-10 for someone to give me my food. I should have just walked behind the counter myself. Another time I went and ordered the crispy cantina chicken tacos and one waited in the drive-thru line for roughly 15-20 minutes when I was the ONLY vehicle and the car that was at the window in front of me was there when I pulled into order. On top of this I get home to open my food and both of my tacos are literally DESTROYED inside their wrapping, both of the hard shells were shattered and the cheese was smushed all around the inside of the wrapping, the food was damn near inedible. Mind you they handed me the bag at the window, I put it on my passenger seat and went home. I didnt drop it or smush it myself. Finally, I went there today to give them one more chance. I wanted to order the new chicken nuggets meal and the new triple double crunch wrap. The lady that took my order sure made it seem like she got everything right but lo and behold I get home to eat the food and see that I've been given the diablo nuggets when I clearly said I wanted the regular plain crispy ones and then also was given the regular crunch wrap supreme when again I clearly asked for the triple double crunch wrap. Complete waste of $18. Its just astonishing to me how every experience has been absolutely abysmal when I go there while simultaneously my homie who goes there quite often says he NEVER has any of these things happen to them. I can confidently say I will never ever go back to this location and honestly may just also never go to any other taco bell again. Ironically when I was living in Chicago for some time the last time I ever went to a taco bell there was also because they completely messed up my order, what a joke.

  I visited this Taco Bell location recently, and while the food was above average, the overall experience was disappointing. There were ants all over the drink station counter, which is a serious cleanliness issue. The men’s restroom was also inaccessible for an extended period, as someone occupied it for over 30 minutes. On top of that, the service was not very attentive or welcoming. Due to these issues, I would not recommend this location.

  TEO & CREW ROCKS!!! I was out with my Mom. She wanted Taco Bell. I decided to try the steak and quac fries. I was told there were no fries and out at warehouse. I was upset because I had put order in for everyone in car except my daughter & I. That was the only thing I wanted to try new. I asked if I could still have this with potatoes as a substitute. THEY SAID YES HALLELUJAH. Let me tell you the food was hot just like I requested. I has 1 slight issue but didn’t affect the quality of food or delivery. TEO took great care to correct it. LOVE the customer service here. I WILL VISIT AGAIN.

  I don’t even know how you mess an order up so bad. $50 DoorDash order and not a single item was in the bag that I ordered. I got a beef and lettuce burrito and rice burrito. I’m talking rice and tortilla. Stayed up 30 min to eat some food and ended up with a bag of trash to throw away.
