  I recently placed a pizza order through DoorDash and experienced a very concerning issue. Initially, I was informed that another individual had already picked up my order. A second delivery driver then went to the location and was told by an employee at the counter to wait approximately 10 minutes while the order was remade. The driver waited and delivered the order to me, and it appeared to be properly sealed. However, upon receiving the order, I noticed the box felt unusually cold. When I opened it, I discovered that the pizza was clearly not fresh and had visible mold, indicating it had been sitting for an extended period of time. This is extremely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. This experience has been very disappointing, and as a result, I have lost trust in ordering from Papa John’s. We will be putting forth a formal complaint regarding this matter.

  This is the worst Papa John's store to visit. The light skin not tall lady is so rude and disrespectful. Not a good place to recommend to anyone

  I gave three stars because I usually get food from this store. Normally it’s good, but can someone please explain to me. How are these buffalo wings who report the sauce on them? Wasn’t even trying. Y’all owe me some more sauce.

  This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Papa John’s. The lightskin female employee with long lashes was rude, passive‑aggressive, and completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. An older man backed up her behavior instead of correcting it, which made the whole environment feel hostile. What concerned me most was the level of disrespect they showed toward customers and delivery drivers. Some customers legally carry firearms, and with the way these employees were talking to people, they could easily put everyone’s safety at risk. No one should have to worry about that just trying to pick up food. The only person acting professionally was the younger lady who tried to help but was ignored by the other two. This location needs serious attention, and I fully plan on reporting this incident.
