  Terrible service from getho kids running this McDonald's location took me and other 20 cars 40 minutes ago 2am to get a simple meal from this location

  This McDonald's be packed which causes long wait times, the employee's be working,in place and polite, it is just the flow coming in off that busy street at certain time can be crazy and causes uncontrollable wait times they need to make it bigger

  Drive through - The service was trash! The line was ridiculously long, they up charged us for lemonade then proceeded to tell us there was no lemonade. So I asked why are we being charged for it and he got upset to take it off. We ordered 2 #9 meals, one with just cheese and onions, the other regular. The first bag they gave us had hard buns on all 4 burgers with everything on them. They took it back and the second bag had only cheese on the two burgers, no onions. The whole experience was unpleasant. *And there were no identifiers on the sandwiches to tell which one was plain and which was regular.

  I had a terrible experience here. The customer service was beyond disappointing — staff completely ignored customers standing at the counter and offered no acknowledgment whatsoever. I waited over 40 minutes just to get one large soda, which is honestly unacceptable. There was no sense of urgency, no communication, and no apology for the delay. It felt like customers were an afterthought. I would not recommend this place if you value your time or basic customer service. The urgency to help people was zero to none but employees had time to has out free food under the table but not address the orders customers paid for.

  Like most McDonald's on this side of town, this is not a dasher friendly restaurant! The crew is nice and mostly professional, but management, is a nightmare. They have a severe lack of customer service and don't know what it is to be nice. I'm not sure why dashers are treated so rudely and like a nuisance when we are representing real customers who cannot make it to your restaurant for whatever reason. Management definitely needs more training. Whoever the stout woman was managing at 1:30am could definitely benefit from some sensitivity training. I won't be accepting anymore orders or even buying for myself from this location.
