  Well they have good they have good customer skills also the food is fresh , employees and the manager have the customer in and out no complaints at all keep up the work 👍 staff!

  Ordered delivery via Uber eats and this useless macdonalds screwed up the order. My family was so looking forward to getting our burgers as it is a rare treat for us and they messed it up, leaving out an entire burger from the bag so one of our family had to go hungry while the rest ate. While waiting for the order to get rectified the rest of the food went cold, chips went cold.and stale and the drinks went flat and warm. So it messed up the ENTIRE experience and left everyone upset and in a sour mood. Did we get a refund or did they offer to remake the entire meal? No. So yeah, never again. Will go to burger king or Wendy's next time. Maybe they're more competent. Its simple: when you order a meal, you expect to get every time exactly what you ordered and paid for. Its not rocket science.

  The workers were nice and the food was prepared extremely well, but the area is just unsafe. A homeless man opened the door for me, but then started pacing around talking about fighting people and messing them up (possibly me, I think he could've been try to talk to me but I wasn't paying attention and he kept on coming reeeeaaaallllyyy close to me talking about step into the cage and a bunch of other incoherent nonsense...) I just can't go back knowing that everytime I go my physical safety could be compromised. Food was straight 🔥 though.

  Leo was a champion 🏆 of customer service, patient and willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. If there is a role for customer service trainer he should be moved to said role and distribute his methodology. Most of the times when an error is caught the server has a attitude of being bothered by their own mistake with my order. Not only did he rectify the situation he then offered to wait for me to validate the order was good before he returned to the next duty. Not a ounce of impatience detected.

  If I could give a zero I would the manager on duty Keisha night shift is very rude act as if she owns the restaurant very messy talking about me to other customers in line infront of me she is mad because I’m telling her I gave her my rewards code and she saying it didn’t work but on my end it says it did she wanted to argue and not take my order instead of being a supervisor and fixing it I have the situation recorded and will be sending it to corporate this lady needs to be fired I wouldn’t leave her in charge of nothing ! Headphones in at work clothes look raggedy this wouldn’t be what I have representing my store
