Lone cashier was very professional. She moved seamlessly through serving the needs of multiple customers, pleasantly and efficiently. She was one of the best fast food employees I've experienced anywhere.

They had to remake my sandwiches because the cashier did not ring in everything I requested.

Order a few sandwiches my spicy chicken sandwich did not have lettuce or tomatoes
My junior bacon cheeseburgers were completely dried out and no lettuce on that and cold
And when I asked for a receipt, they said the printer wasn’t working
I see why now they say that so people doesn’t leave reviews on how bad the food was
Won’t be going back to that one for sure

A year ago this Wendy's was one of the best in the area, great service, correct order, the drive thru worked. Now it's rare if the drive thru is working, if they have large cups, if they get your order right. They seem understaffed and I'm sure corporate doesn't care but it's just a waste of money. Cost goes up quality goes down yipee

This is the first time I have ever left a drive thru line before.
So I've tried coming here before and the food is always cold or the lines really slow but today was a whole other issue.
So when I finally get up to the speaker to order, instead of a greeting, the cashier just started yelling "Wendy's" over and over at me and I had no clue if he was talking to me, or if he was ready for me to place my order, but even if i tried he speak he would just keep repeating "Wendy's"and FINALLY after the 20th time he asked if I needed more time to order.
I said no, I was ready and so then we go through the fastest most aggressive ordering I've ever been on the receiving end of. I was barely finished with my word when he would just cut me off and move to his next question. AND then, we get to the drinks and I asked to try the new oreo brownie one they have, and he just snapped "vanilla or chocolate" and i repeated that I wanted the other one, and he got LOUDER with the same question, I finally said chocolate, thinking he was asking about the base of the food, but NOPE then he just snapped at me that "okay pull up to the window" and i am still so confused.
Then went I'm rounding the corner i realized that no, I was not going to pay for something I didnt order or for putting up with the rudeness of the cashier and I just drove away.
I understand if a place is short staffed and you have to work a lot, you might get stressed out, but I've worked in the food industry for YEARS and this was just unacceptable. I won't be back
