I get a call from my Dasher saying that they had the doors locked and she had to go through the drive thru. She gets to the window and they tell her my order is gone ? Mind you I'm tracking my order it never shows it's been picked up. She tries to ask then when and who but they brushed her off. I called to the location 3 times, finally get someone who claims to be a manager, states she just got there and didn't know what was going on but asked me to hold them she hung up on me. I called DoorDash as my order now shows it's still in progress and someone else is picking it up. DoorDash calls the person who is supposed to be picking up my order but the person says its the wrong number and they aren't them. So not only is my order MIA but so is my DoorDasher. I was issued a refund. The customer service at this Wendy's is Horrible and Unprofessional. I should have followed my right mind and ordered from Candler Rd as I always do.
