Requires it. Worst place ever!! I came here late and it was 1 Car in front of me.
It took 40 mins to order only because I was so close to home and not wanting to go anywhere else did I give grace and wait.
Once I place my order.. very simple biggie bundle JBC no tomato, crispy chicken, cheese fries. No chicken sandwich, full
Of tomato and COLD!!! Called for 30 mins finally for a manager to pick up. I will attach pictures. I come in today and have to wait 30 mins in the lobby just to get food and the manager only wants replace the chicken sandwich and he too was
RUDE! They are slow, unprofessional, and lack accountability.

The front cashier Adrian today was very unprofessional and rude. He does not ever need to work at the front desk. I already sent an email to corporate a friend of mine who is a GM of Wendy’s. This is unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible experience all around. Service was garbage. Was told to back up past a cone and the. They forgot I was there. Food came out old and microwaved. Never ever again.

I always mobile order my food here occasionally, and I just love the staff. The black women here are always really nice to me, and so pretty. I think they perform their job really proficiently. I know working fast food you deal with a lot but my order is always correct, the women are always polite, and I never have any complaints after receiving my order. I never mind having to wait a little longer if I do because I know they’re just doing their best to deliver quality service. Great Wendy’s experience compared to others I’ve had. I prefer this one when I can.
