    Soda didn't taste right, they barely filled the fries, and missing an entire chicken tender. Don't waste your money here.

    It’s never the same, it’s like the quality be up and down each time, but they always have enough staff but orders stay getting messed up even if they’re not busy. Even the day I was food poisoned It wasn’t even busy.

    They had a long line of cars and no one was on the speaker despite me speaking into it multiple times. After I drove to the window, they told me I was in the “wrong spot” and had to go to the back of the line.

    I was there for 15 minutes waiting to place an order while the woman on the register exhibited no sense of urgency or awareness. Instead, she spoke to her friends in line asking them what they wanted whereas you have customers in front of them who haven’t even ordered, will not be returning to this place.

    I have had multiple negative experiences at this location. I’m still owed money by them when I got a fish sandwich that was available on their menu via the app and got here to find out they don’t even sell it at this location and they refused to replace it with what I requested because of a price difference. They aren’t good at thinking about if you give a customer a bad experience it will cost less long term to give them what they ask for instead of having an attitude and trying to argue with them. Franchise owner should be ashamed but due to my multiple negative experiences they likely don’t care about their reputation and since people still buy and accept the behavior they know they can let their staff continue with the bs. It’s also odd because of the location, they are in a nice area Multiple times drive thru staff have been rude verbally. They love to give cold nuggets and fries as well Obviously won’t be back, the memorial location at least gives hot food Shouldn’t be eating here anyway but the economy is bad and sometimes these cheap options have to do
