It was a very bad experience. When the young lady opened the window, there was an odor of old grease coming out. We drove to the window because the service was so poor on the speaker or the young lady was not speaking. I ordered a chicken wrap which was not wrapped and the ingredients inside were falling all over the place. The fries were cold! Bad experience. My friend ordered a baked potato and asked for salt and pepper. No salt. The strawberry lemonade needs to be poured out. The staff was standing around looking at us like we were aliens.

The lady who was just there 1/3/2026 at 2:11pm with the tattoos on her hand had the nastiest attitude possible. It's understandable that every day isn't a good day, but for you to be in front of customers complaining about taking orders, irritated, cursing, and with a running nose is too much. To the point that I canceled my order because who wants food with bad energy and snot surrounding it?? The quality of the food and service used to be very good coming from this Wendy's, but over time it has diminished tremendously

We placed our order and the cashier seemed confused so we repeated our simple 2 combos order to her and when we received our order it was still completely wrong I brung to her attention she was rude and told me thats what she heard me say I had to repurchase our sandwiches , no apologies , no Thank you and then kinda flung the bag of food at me . I know im from out of town but dang

The manager frowned her face when we approached the drive thru window. She looked disgusted like we were about to get on her nerves and how is it we were the first customers of the day and the food was already trash quality.

I went through the drive-thru. The cashier was attitude was dry. And I had to keep repeating what I wanted. When I got my order, my sandwich was dryer than her attitude. I could tell that the sandwich had been sitting for far to long. I asked for them to make it fresh, and they did. It was better because the chicken was fresh out of the grease, but the lettuce was browning and there wasn't any mayonnaise on my sandwich. I didn't even want to turn around and take it back. I just know not to ever go back to this Wendy's again.
