- TDTM DeezolJan 31, 20263.0First time ordering from this location I got the chocolate covered strawberry smoothie with the all American wrap the smoothie was delicious but the wrap was a mess I received it cold and some items missing , I call the store talk to someone about it, now she did apologize and said I’ll receive an email about a refund for the wrap but I haven’t received anything, I would not recommend getting food from this location

I order the same thing everytime. Some how the app auto changed my location to this one . My order was placed at 8:07am when I tried to cancel it wouldn’t let me so i called like the app said to do at 8:09 am no answer. Then called again at 8:10am to let them I’m not going to able to pick up my food. Some young lady stated that she couldn’t cancel my order and didn’t explain another option. I explain to her that app changed the location on its own and that I will never be able to make it . I asked to speak to someone else she stated there is no one else to speak too . I need my order refund .
- BBBlah BlahNov 20, 20255.0This was my very first time trying Tropical Smoothie Cafe and I'm in love Jibril took my order he was very professional and helpful helping me decide on which smoothie to get I got the Mango Monsoon it's freakin amazing! Their restroom was also very clean stocked with soap and paper towel so it was definitely very convenient the atmosphere is top tier along with the customer service! I will definitely be coming back and stopping at more TS Cafe's. Thanks so much!!
