- SGSharon GregoryOct 6, 20253.0I mobile ordered two sandwiches. The sandwich maker did NOT read the details, Specifically neither sandwich was to have onions and both hand them. MY husband and I have medical conditions that DO NOT allow onions. After 5 washing and scrubbing, my hands still stink from pulling onions off. My trash stinks even though I put all the onions in a zip lock baggie. And too much sauce was on the chicken sandwich. I will not order from this (convenient) subway in my Walmart at 2525 N. Decatur Rd. Using the (convenient) app again. I was served by 999997 at 12:06 on 10-6-25. Also the phone number was not a working number and there was no place on the app to give feedback.

- RPRick PAug 16, 20125.0I eat here five days a week, it's right next to my job and I just get the special of the day. It's good food, a drink, and chips or cookies. Once I started adjusting my eating habits ( what I put on the sandwich for example ) and eating here I lost 20 pounds. The ladies that work here are excellent. I have watched them greet regulars customers like myself, and others, with recognition and appreciation. Most of the time they ask me what I would like just for confirmation, they know what and how I like my sandwich. Their health score has been 90+ for the last two to three years, and I have seen it at 98. The floors under the tables can sometimes be a little messy but that is to be blamed on the pigs who can't be bothered to get the food in their mouths and people who can't be bothered. These messes are usually quickly cleaned up, but during a large rush it may take them a bit to get to it. I only mention the mess under the tables sometimes so that if you see it, it's the exception to the rule. Do not see it and assume the place is always dirty, or a mess. Come in, order, sit down and excuse them slightly as they sweep under your table. Keep up the good work folks, thank you, and I'll see you tomorrow. PS: I have no idea why Google keeps deleting my formatting, and/or double posting my review. I am done trying to fix it..
