Went to pick up and they say it will be ready in 2 minutes. 20 minutes go by they say it will be ready in 5 more minutes. AWFUL service. Recommend ordering from a store further away or somewhere else completely.

Note to the manager at this location I spoke to tonight - if you don’t actually put the call on hold, I can hear everything you and your co-workers are saying. I ordered delivery and did not get some of the items I ordered. I call the main Papa John’s customer service number, and they called this store before calling me back and telling me that the store said I need to call them personally to get a refund or credit. I called this store and pressed the manager’s extension like I was instructed, and they asked if I would hold for a moment. They kept me on the line for 20 minutes, so I hung up and called again. Then, I was able to talk to someone. The manager cut me off repeatedly and when I politely tried to explain, she was very dismissive. Then I believe she thought she put me on hold or something, and her and the other employees there started talking about how they should just hang up on and ignore me. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. They ended up saying that next time I order I have to call this store and tell them that there are items I’m being credited and I have to just hope they believe me and give them to me?
