Girl at the register window also can’t figure out how mobile deals work and tells me I need to pay full price despite using a free item reward and telling her the code ahead of time. She was more concerned about the order taking x amount of time due some corporate time limit nonsense than providing a solution. “What you want to do? There’s a time quota for orders. That’s the total.” For you to go get someone to help instead of being entirely lazy and complacent. Coworkers walks over and instantly takes care of it. Insane.

Even when I don’t want to wait the drive thru for my order because my lunch is short they accommodate me without any hassle and don’t have an attitude with me as they do it!
