On 12/03, I participated in a Qualtrics survey for the McDonald’s Grinch Meal promotion inside the restaurant. After completing the survey, which included video and poll responses, my colleague and I were each given what we were told were $20 McDonald’s gift cards. When I later attempted to use mine, it was inactive. I have tried for weeks to resolve this issue. The research company stated they were acting on behalf of McDonald’s, and corporate closed my complaint, telling me to go back to Qualtrics. When I called this location directly, my call was disconnected. Due to this experience, I would not recommend relying on incentives offered through this location.
