    Rude workers! My husband went to pick up an online order after work, he was exhausted as he is a first responder and just wanted something quick, so I placed an online order and when he got there they brought him one bag with only 3 of our items, just to be clear he checked the food at the counter and never left. When a worker finally came by he told her he was missing several items and she SNAPPED at him very rudely saying “I know I made the food” basically accusing my husband who hadn’t left the counter of lying….before my husband could speak another worker came up and apologized to my husband and said she had forgotten one of the bags and the rude worker just walked off without apologizing. Then they still only brought him one bag that was still missing items. Then It took 5 separate trips to get all the food. Which was just a few McDoubles, a happy meal, fries and a bacon quarter pounder… I don’t understand why the other female worker was so rude to my husband. He was nothing but kind to her and polite. Completely unprofessional behavior. Then by the time we got all our food the first bag was ice cold. Just a really bad experience.

    Everything was going well until I got my food and there was cheese on it when I asked for no cheese and fries were cold and stale so I asked for a new thing of fries that were fresher and they literally forgot about me and two other people that they sent to park, I sat there for at least 15 minutes not to mention the parking lot is disgusting.
