I feel the manager didn’t have control over her store at that time. Employees wasn’t concerned about the wait. Just a bad experience at this particular spot. I can’t put my kids in that type of environment. But thank you guys for the service. Hope it’s goes up from here

- SSShayNov 23, 20251.0Horrible service inside two mornings in a row! Myself and other customers stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us. There were at least 5 ladies standing there at the front talking and seen us and didn't say anything. When I finally said something I got attitude. The next day pretty much the same thing. More customers including myself stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes. We finally had to say something by asking who's the manager. And the person that we asked at the front back facing us, that was bagging was the manager. She was standing there the whole time watching her phone and bagged food. We got attitude like we were bothering them when we asked for help. These young girls have poor customer service!!
