  This was my 5th time coming to this location and each time has just been a huge disappointment. If the light is on the donuts are not hot at all and every single time it feels like they have just taken them out of a refrigerator. They are always cold and they are always out of certain ones, I don’t get it if they make the donuts how can the be out all the time. Since a huge let down. I went again today and it was the same thing super cold and out of most of the ones I asked for and what I received just looked awful.

  I don’t understand why they lock the doors and force customers to create an inexcusably long line. The signage reads use the front door yet they lock it. Only in Decatur. I promise you they wouldn’t lock the doors in Marietta.

  Why is the lobby always closed especially in the mornings when you are rushing to go to work. It should not take me 30 minutes in the drive through! Get in the drive through and have to wait another 10 minutes. 40 minutes of my morning wasted. Something needs to be done and stop locking the lobby or make the drive through faster. Smh

  Worst service at a Krispy Kreme I've ever had. My family and I were more than patient with the voice over the speaker, but instead we're rushed to make an order as soon as possible once the server returns to the voice box. Constantly trying to conclude our order when we had to change what we wanted several times because they were sold out of nearly everything. We wanted an assorted dozen. Just to change the number of chocolate iced to glazed and were shut down with "I got a line. I can't make any changes now." The price of the assorted dozen is the same. I understand retail is stressful, but taking that out on customers isn't it. Thankfully a manager got us a refund because I no longer wanted anything from this location. Fortunately, there was a dunkin next door that had the doughnut we were looking for.

  If all you’re going to do is be inadequate… then just close down this location… On two separate occasions they have been out of doughnuts. How do you run out of doughnuts when you have the ability to make more.? I’m not sure if the employees know the meaning of the red light. The red light means hot doughnuts… yet when I receive my order…, it’s room temperature and the quality of your local gas stations day old doughnut. The staff isn’t that friendly either. Just because a restaurant is in a certain neighborhood with a certain zip code doesn’t mean that we have to be served subpar food… I will not come back to this location… to put it plain and simple… this location SUCKS on a consistent basis… just close down!!!!
