    Ordered a delivery of half dozen donuts variety and a 10 count of doughnut dots. Waited 1hr45mins for them to tell the driver they didn’t have ANY of the donuts ordered. Even though the website and app allows those items to be submitted. They claim they Only have Glazed donuts for the remaining 3 hours of the day. The store knew when they received the order almost 2 hours ago “they don’t have it” but took no initiative to cancel the order then or contact me to advise. Trash service and communication.

    MY SIBLINGS GOT FOOD POISONING Yesterday on 2/25/26 my Dad and my little brother went to this location to buy donuts. My little brother was excited because he had a coupon. Hours later my three siblings started feeling symptoms and they wouldn’t stop throwing up. I don’t know if yall were giving away donuts that were expired but this is not okay. We are never going to this location again. Yall need to do better. I am considering in reporting to the health department THIS IS NOT OKAY!!!!

    I am sitting here writing this review as I have spent 30 minutes at this location picking up a DoorDash order that was supposed to only take four minutes! First off upon arriving the young gentleman at the drive-through told me to call both customers and let them know the only donuts available were original glazed in which I did and both customers agreed to take all original glazed. I then waited Eight minutes for him to return to the window and I told him they agreed to original claims he made two dozen and handed them to me and I asked him is this both of the orders and he said yes that is both of them upon confirming the pick up for the first customer who ordered two dozen I began to verify the order for the second customer who also had two dozen Which he did not give me so I drove around and waited at the window again, and he never returned so I got out and knocked on the front door as he was mopping and ignoring me so I then drove again to the drive up window and another employee came and asked how can he help me an older gentleman I informed him that I was picking up a Doordash and the younger guy only gave me one order and not the other. He asked what type of donuts they were and I told him the younger guy said the only donuts that were available were original glazed. The second employee said oh no, we have lots of flavors not just the original glaze. What did the customer have so I explain to him that I had already called the customer and told them the only thing you had was glazed so that is what they Are expecting now so just do glaze another eight minutes went by and the younger guy comes up to the window angry and said didn’t I give you your order already? I began to show him the Doordash app that showed I was supposed to have four dozen He starts to get spicy and say I gave you four dozen already. I showed him my backseat that only had teeth and then he looked at the counter and saw the other two that he did not give me with no apology or nothing. He then handed me the other two donuts sideways. And slams the window. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experience very unacceptable.

    The manager wouldn’t even help me find another location that had Valentine’s Day donuts and she wouldn’t even tell me the location that they’re about to get some from so mean it’s so rude district manager as well he was in there. He didn’t wanna tell anybody anything. Why would you not want to tell someone Where a location is where you are about to get some Valentine’s Day donuts from and it’s in your district, so you’re still gonna make the money that doesn’t make any sense so you can’t make it make sense.

    The majority of my times here have been sub par. I came a week ago when the hot light was on and they said it would take 30 min to get a dozen. I can never get a latte. The lobby is never open. Save yourself the problems.
