  This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Krispy Kreme. When I arrived around 1:00 PM, the doors were locked even though employees were clearly inside. The dining area looked terrible, with Walmart bags sitting on tables, and the overall environment was very unprofessional. The employees were in the kitchen area laughing and playing instead of working. I went through the drive-thru, where a young man had an extremely poor attitude. When I asked to speak with a manager, he responded, “Ain’t one here.” I hesitated before ordering, and once I did, I was told they barely had anything available—only glazed and chocolate donuts. After pulling off, I went back to the front door to look for a customer service number and saw the employees still laughing and joking, completely unconcerned. If this location cannot provide basic customer service, it should be shut down or staffed with people who actually care about the business. I will never return and have already advised my family and friends not to support this location.

  If I could put a negative i would. This place is a rip off. They either have something out or they mess your order up every single time. And they repeat your order ther way you say it but ring it up the way they won't so they dont have to pay for their wrong doings. I ordered 6 cookies and cream filled donuts. And damn sure didn't get that. I got 6 cookies and cream on top with empty holes where the cream goes Last time they messed my order up I ordered the superman donuts. All cream filled and they gave me raspberry on top ones and two regular cream filled. And said it was my fault. I asked for 3 batman and 3 superman. No wonder women. But they did what they wanted. This is the worst ran Krispy kreme in ga that I have been through They need new workers and managers. Like what are yall doing

  Worst Krispy Kreme ever!! Long line and you would think if they are having issue notify they customers at the drive thru. Common courtesy!! Let the customers no there aren’t anymore original donuts. If online do the same notify the customer. Ponce and Riverdale the best ever.

  Staff members had Horrible attitudes, all On their cell phones and looking annoyed. Had the hot donut sign flashing but when I walked in they said we have no hot donuts and have no eta when they will be ready, I asked for coffee they said they have none… I went 2 doors down to Dunkin’ Donuts and bought 4 dozen donuts and 3 jugs of coffee… I highly recommended you don’t go to this Krispy Kreme

  Just a horrible place to go was just in line 27 minutes place my order got to the window finally waited 10 minutes at the window just to be told that they're out of all the donuts I ordered in there out of milk sad. I'll be going to snellville Georgia location from now on everything is always on point there it's worth the drive trust me
