    I placed an online order at 7:45 last night. My order went through and I received a confirmation email. My husband was going to pick up my order on his way home from a near by store. He called me at 7:55 and told me the door to the restaurant was locked, he could see a man cleaning and there was no one else inside. He stood there at the door and the guy cleaning didn’t acknowledge him. I called the number listed on Google, as it said they were open until 10:00. A man answered my call and informed me that they had run out of bread 20 minutes prior and he “didn’t feel like making more” so he decided to close early. I told him I placed an online order and had already paid. At that point he asked if my name was Sarah, I confirmed and then he told me he refunded me. It seemed as if he had my information sitting in front of him but didn’t do anything prior to me calling to inform me of my order not being fulfilled. Fortunately, my husband was close to the restaurant and planned to grab my order, otherwise I would have driven all the way to the restaurant to be met with subpar customer service and disappointment.

    I hate when a business posts their hours ( for instance ) say you close at 10 and a customer walks in at 9:15 after driving 25 minutes to have to drive to another location

    No bread left at they close in 2 hours and 45 minutes Edit; no bread is self explanation. Btw; bitly websites are been used for malicious uses. Update: bread was available; but not the meat. I guess there brother company has it... "We Have the Meats" And the app is lagging and crashes. Sometimes I have to force restart my phone.

    Dominique was wonderful her joyful spirit made the experience. The energy was very calm and efficient. She definitely deserves praise for the great customer service and perfectly made sandwiches.
