All orders are placed by the customer and, yes, there is an automatic gratuity. The waitress seems friendly but she was serving everyone. We had to request water refill and were given a pitcher of water….not much service happening. Music was good while we waited. There is plenty of parking. Unfortunately, the hour long wait will likely mean no future visit from us.
