I started going to this Dominos on Columbia Drive a few months ago and had no issues. But recently starting in October, I had to wait ridiculously too long for my online order. And the last order I placed was for a build your own pizza. The order was late once again. Then they remade my order but it wasn’t better the second time. I looked at my pizza and order of Parmesan bites before leaving the parking lot. The pizza was not made correctly. It was supposed to basically be a bbq chicken pizza with mushrooms and green peppers. The chicken, green bell peppers, and mushrooms should have been baked within the rest of the pizza and not just placed on top. I have ordered this pizza many times enough to know how it is supposed to look. Secondly, I ordered Parmesan bread bites. Instead I received cinnamon bites. I took my order back in and said my order was totally incorrect and that I want a refund. All they did was apologize. Plus I selected curbside pickup. Why does this location require a customer such as myself to call the store’s phone number to let them know that I have a curbside pickup? If the app allows you to select when you are at the location, then the store is supposed to receive an alert that a customer is outside to pick up their order. I know this to be true because I opted for curbside pickup at another Dominos location and they came and brought me my order. This has given me enough reasons to start going to another Dominos Pizza location. I don’t play when it comes to customer service!!
