  I have been to this location twice the closing hours say 10 pm but the staff start shutting down around 9 pm at that time they are out of 80 % of toppings I actually saw employees pulling food off the line and dumping drinks at 9:19 pm 12/20 . The excuse I was given was that they were low on supplies . The food that was left was cold rice was dry and being served out of a bowl on the counter . I was very disappointed in CAVA food was not handled properly o safe

  This chipotle was extremely clean and the staff is courteous. I ordered in my food was very good.

  I’m not sure what’s going on with the management at this Chipotle location, but something needs to be addressed immediately. Out of the four times I’ve visited, three of those times I’ve had to wait for food to be cooked. I understand that ingredients can run low, especially during busy times, but it doesn’t make sense that during peak dinner hours there is always something unavailable. Last week, I had to wait 10 minutes for beans. This week, it was chicken. I always try to be polite to the employees because I know they may be having a tough day, and I never want to be rude. But being told that chicken is available—they just don’t know how long it will take to be cut—is not an acceptable answer. At this point, going to this Chipotle feels like a waste of time every single visit.

  🌯 Food Critic Order & Review: Chipotle Date of Visit: 11/20/25, Scheduled Pick-up Time: 3:00 PM Order Details Item Requested Ingredients Soft Chicken Taco (Single) Chicken, Guacamole, Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa, Romaine Lettuce Side 1 Black Beans Side 2 Brown Rice Side 3 Medium Corn Review and Issues (Second Visit) My second experience with this location mirrored the disappointing results of the first, despite ordering the same items. Food Preparation and Portioning Issues: Missing Ingredients: My single soft taco contained barely three small pieces of Romaine lettuce, indicating a consistent failure to include standard ingredients. Insufficient Side Portions: All three side cups (Black Beans, Brown Rice, and Medium Corn) were barely filled. The portioning in the side containers was noticeably sparse. Missing Utensils: No fork was included in the takeout bag. Store Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues: Dining Area: The floor needed sweeping, and multiple tables required immediate wiping and sanitation. Entrance: Both entrance doors were dirty and needed to be wiped down. Conclusion This was my second visit to this location, with the intent of giving the restaurant a fair chance to improve. The repeated failures in both portioning accuracy and basic restaurant hygiene are concerning. I am providing this feedback as a "heads up" before publishing a formal review. The lack of attention to detail and cleanliness requires immediate attention. I understand it can't be perfect all the time. However, after a rush tables should be wiped down, any counter top also. Drinks should be refilled regularly no one should have to stand or and wait for self service drinks. When low refill. I saw management wiping outside tables. Scott may not always come when scheduled but others are watching.
