  Used to love this location then it went downhill. The employees had their kidsrunning around the inside making a mess and they were licking the knives and forks where customers get them. That was my last time going there. Mgmt needs to address this!

  I give a lot of grace to Chipotles because they are usually run on a skeleton crew and the food is pretty solid most of the time. But the line workers here were completely incompetent. Kids "tacos" meal gets one taco shell? Really? How would "tacos" entail one taco. They were unbearably slow 5 whole minutes to make 1 bowl when there is a line out the door. It was almost comically slow how slow they moved. Food was good it just took 40 minutes of waiting in line for it and we all know what happens if you order online, you will get half of the food for the same price as an in person order. Will avoid this place from now on.

  For context, I’ve only been here a handful of times in the evening (8/9PM). They have THEE slowest service I have ever seen at a Chipotle. There’s times at this location that I’ve been one of five people in line, and it felt like it took 20 minutes per persons order. Cashiers constantly walk away from the registers. One serviceman was making all the meals and also constantly leaving, just a mess! All that for the food to not even taste that great. Perhaps the staff of the yesteryears were on stimulants because I used to walk in and walk out of Chipotle in minutes. They aren’t the only one like this because it feels like there’s been a huge tank in quality in services jobs 🤷🏾‍♂️

  This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited, and unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. Even though it’s only about five minutes away, I regularly drive 20–30 minutes to other locations just to avoid the consistent issues at this one. The problems are ongoing: slow lines, understaffing, poor communication, and—most notably—terrible management. Some of the employees are great, but management is the clear issue. During my most recent visit, I came in to purchase two bowls using a Buy One Get One Free promotion. I was wearing a Christmas hoodie with the Grinch on it, and the manager refused to honor the promotion because I had my hood up. That reasoning is completely unreasonable and inconsistent with company standards. I immediately went to another Chipotle about 20 minutes away, and they honored the promotion without any issue. This location has a long history of problems. I’ve waited in line for 30 minutes only to find out they were out of items like chips or key ingredients, with no signage or notice posted—customers are just left standing in line wasting time. This happens far too often, and it reflects poor organization and leadership. This location is easily one of, if not the worst Chipotle in the Metro Atlanta area. Until management improves, I will continue to avoid it entirely.

  I had an exceptional experience at Chipotle today, and I have to give full credit to the incredible staff. From the moment I walked in, I could see true teamwork in action — everyone behind the line was communicating, moving with purpose, and supporting each other to make sure every order was perfect. What really stood out was the genuine care and concern they showed for me as a customer. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, made sure everything was fresh, and double-checked that my bowl was exactly the way I liked it. It wasn’t rushed or careless — it was thoughtful, friendly, and professional. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do. Their positive attitudes and coordination made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to see a crew work so well together while still giving each customer personal attention. Huge shoutout to this Chipotle team — your hard work and customer-first mindset truly made my day. I’ll definitely be back!
