As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

don’t waste your time or gas. people here are rude and act like they can’t do anything to help you when they’re in the wrong. i tried to pick up an order and i was already by myself with 1 arm that i could use and they wanted me to come to the other window - told them i couldn’t because i couldn’t reach across the seat. still did it anyway and i guess they were mad because i didn’t want to go to the other side so they didn’t do either of the orders correctly (asked for a chicken sandwich with no mayo - they gave me a hard, overfried chicken patty with no lettuce and pretty much thrown together; ordered a chili cheese dog with no ketchup - still had ketchup and was thrown together in the box). the lady threw my drink and the dread head working and he proceeded to jump out the drive thru window into my passenger side window and pretty much throw the food at me. and after all that slammed the sliding window in my face. tried to get a refund through the app - impossible. came back the next morning for a refund - manager says she can’t give me my money back and won’t even listen to the initial complaint of the workers being rude.
i’ve lived in the area all my life and just recently moved away some months ago. i’ve never had issues like this with this location until now. at this point, if someone was to burn it down, whoopty doo. everybody there should be fired anyway.

Do NOT order Uber Eats from the Checkers on Wesley Chapel Road in Decatur, GA.
I rarely eat burgers, but today I decided to treat myself and ordered a Buford hamburger, fries, and wings. When my order arrived, the only thing in the bag was the wings. My burger and fries were completely missing.
I immediately contacted my Uber Eats driver, who confirmed she delivered exactly what the restaurant handed her. That tells me the issue happened at the restaurant—not with the driver.
This was careless, unacceptable, and incredibly frustrating. Missing two major items from a simple order is not a small mistake. It shows a lack of attention and accountability.
I will never order from this location again, and I strongly recommend others avoid this Checkers if you don’t want your money wasted and your order incomplete.
If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what this restaurant Deserves.

Please take the lady with half a tooth out the window . Im sorry but so didn't get her name and that was the only thing that stood out besides her nasty attitude. If she’s been working there as long as it looks like she has she does not by any means like her job and should not be on the forefront. Poor repsensation of the company. Thanks for the refund though .

I visited the McDonalds location on Wesley Chapel in the Kroger plaza to try to the Grinch meal. I waited in line for 15 minutes. When it was finally my turn, I gave my rewards code and proceeded to place my order. I was told that they don't have the Grinch meal. I asked several questions to confirm. The young man said they don't have the boxes. I ask is that the only thing. He says no, they don't have boxes, socks or seasoning. So, he used my 1x reward code and I didn't place an order. Needless to say, this experience was a little frustrating.
