As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Music being blasted so loudly that the employee couldn’t hear. Had to stick her head out of the window in order to communicate. I do not believe I have ever heard music that loud nor that vulgar at a chain restaurant. Thought I walked up to a food truck. Service was trash per usual. Cashier couldn’t figure out how to use the app and got mad at me when I asked her to try my phone number or any other way. Cursed at me and slammed the window. There’s a reason this place looks like it’s abandoned most of the time. McDonald’s is exactly 1 building away. More bang for my buck and less attitude and ignorance. Checkers typically tastes better but not from this specific location. People need to be trained better……actually just in general. Clearly lacking.
