I had the pleasure of stopping by today for lunch… as I stood in line; I watched as Niyah actively listened to her clients as they passed through her line and she took her time to ensure they’re experience was amazing! She is so soft spoken and willing to explain the items on the menu to ensure ppl got exactly what they wanted! I normally visit the location closest to the Ga State Stadium; however I think I’ve found a new favorite hidden gem… Thanks Niyah

Poe or Foe, the shift leader mentions the first responders no longer get the discount at this location. She mentions they as the staff will get in trouble for pressing a button I suppose.. The tall lighter complexion guy with the blue fox tips also advised this had stopped over two months ago. Yet I got it the last two visits at this eatery within the last 30 days… oh okay. Amaya, who made my food tho, was pleasant.

Love the food at Cava and most product is fresh and available BUT Most of the staff hardly smile and one of the shorter girls Had a very unwelcoming, people pleasing Attitude when after My Wifes bowl got mixed up (She was missing 1 item requested)..My wife goes back to the front to just get the condiment on the side..The little female worker just cops an attitude as if it was a bother to her..REALLY!!..We pay to eat and support the business..BUT Its a Really Crazy Vibe in there..Most of them seem like They dont care or even like their jobs! ITs always freezing in there and the floors are sticking.. I Run a restaurant so I know...
Love the food but I think We will be visiting the one on Briarcliff..They All are very Nice! The Blackmon Drive location need basic Customer Skills..They all look like they wanna fight somebody smh

I want to start off by saying, the service here is not surprising. The area is usually really busy, but most of the shops/food places within Decatur Village has workers who do not like to show up and be respectful. This includes the barbecue city, the Chick-fil-A, etc. I barely order from these places anymore because you’ll get a disappointing atmosphere. Also, beware of the fake reviews from this cava. All the experiences I’ve ever had here at cava were not friendly, and it’s sad because I LOVE cava!
Also to the young man who went “ there go your friend” when I walked in ( for anyone who doesn’t know it implies you are a nuisance and you are in fact not that person’s friend) what did I do? IVE never said anything rude or left a review until now! Absolutely wild.

My first time at Cava and I'll definitely be back. I had the Garlicky Chicken Bowl, pita chips with fiery feta dip and the cinnamon pita chips. The food was unexpectedly great! The only negative was that they were out of the honey dip for the cinnamon pita chips. They were great without the honey. I just wanted to try them as they come by the menu. It was not however enough to lower my score from a 5. I also visited that day with a young lady with learning and social disabilities and I let her order on her own. They were patient and nice to her. I was happy to see that. Thanks guys for the positive experience.
