Pretty solid spot for a quick meal. Food tasted fresh and the portions were good for the price. I liked that you can customize everything. The line moved pretty fast. Would come back.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is my second time at this location. The first time was at least two years ago and it was an awful experience then. It was my first time going to CAVA, and I was asking for recommendations on how to build a good bowl and received very little input and nasty attitudes. Two years later I see nothing has changed. I decided to try it again same nasty attitude and same nasty food. Maybe everyone needs to be retrained on good quality customer service because it sucks. I definitely won’t be trying a third time, actually close the doors.

Extremely disappointed with this Atlanta location. The store was filthy upon entry, with dust and dry leaves all over the floor.
The service was even worse. I was charged for a third scoop of rice because the first two weren't even full, and told there was an extra charge for a fourth dressing,something I’ve never experienced at other CAVA locations. To top it off, the falafel was burnt; when I asked for fresh ones, I was told it would be a 20-minute wait. I ended up paying $11.35 for a bowl that wasn't even half full. The complimentary pita was also so stinky.Save your money and go to a different location.
