I loved how they wear head wraps while working. Everyone dealing with food should do that. They were all friendly and had no issues dealing with me and all my questions. Def had patients. They were making sure all the food was full and I came in at 8:30pm. I was upset that there were no pickled onions, those are my fav. Def will return to Decatur location!!!!!!

We had a great experience at CAVA! We got through the line super quickly, and the entire staff was welcoming and efficient. Marcus provided excellent customer service; friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

have been to this location twice the closing hours say 10 pm but the staff start shutting down around 9 pm at that time they are out of 80 % of toppings I actually saw employees pulling food off the line and dumping drinks at 9:19 pm 12/20 . The excuse I was given was that they were low on supplies . The food that was left was cold rice was dry and being served out of a bowl on the counter . I was very disappointed in CAVA food was not handled properly o safe

I would give a zero if that was an option! I don't even know what to start. This is a great example of a business that thinks customers are not sophisticated (just to be politically correct and not get this removed), or they have not been to a descent restaurant before. Please show some respect for your customers because most of them have enough experience eating out to tell what is good service and what is not and what is good food and what is not. First: The attitude. From the moment you walk into the door, you are shocked with the careless ugly attitude from the people operating the line. They don't greet you. They don't smile. They don't show any interest as they take your order. Just horrible attitude overall. Second: The food. no taste, no flavor what so ever. Their so called chicken shawarma does not have the slightest resemblance to shawarma. It's a guie liquidy sort of grilled chicken in a bowl, not cooked on a skewer like shawarma is supposed to be. If these people think their customers have never been to a shawarma place before, they need to rethink this because it's BAD for business; extremely disappointing! Third: The service. They way they assemble the wrap is disgusting! I wouldn't serve it to a dog like that! They don't bother to drain the chicken from the liquid it's soaked in before putting it on the pita bread (which is actually more like nan, not pita), and that makes the bread saggy and the whole wrap unmanageable. They do the same thing with the salad and tomatoes and everything else that they put on there. I had to use a dozen napkins to dray the liquid dripping from my wrap, and eventually had to request a bowl because by then it was totally out of control. I was unable to hold it to take a bite. What were they thinking?! The images below are after I used a whole bunch of napkins to clean up, threw away the original wrap, and put it in a bowl instead. Fourth: They don't give you a receipt! Seriously! I know some places ask if you want a receipt, but these guys don't even ask! I tried to grab the receipt, and she snatched it from the printer and tossed it in the trash. I was with some people from work and I didn't feel like making a scene over the receipt, but I was frustrated because they didn't even ask if I want it or not. It seemed like they really didn't want me to see it, which sounds really fishy! What is it that they don't want me to see? Did they add gratuity without asking me? what? I see someone else here commented on that as well! Fifth: Cleanliness. I wonder if they ever wipe these tables! We sat at table and it was so sticky and disgusting to the point that I had to spread a bunch of napkins under my food to avoid contact with the table! Probably another customer had a saggy wrap like mine before and no one wiped the table after they left! All in all, Google should have a zero star option because some restaurants don't even deserve one star. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else where you will be appreciated and treated like a customer.
