- DDDeeApr 21, 20261.0Jakeria your lead manager would not allow me to read the menu and told me to move alll the way to the last bar, where the sun was beaming down on me, and I had to be told the menu at a Chick-fil-A I’ve never been so rushed and so disrespected e 20 minutes, and I still didn’t get my food because she told the attendant not to take the rest of my money and had already took my money off of the gift card the chaplain gave me. Atlanta has the worst customer service and Lithonia is worse . I felt like I was at the city dump and getting trashed because I didn’t know the menu. No one would let me talk to the Store manager.

Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Thirty minutes later, I was still waiting with no order and no communication or acknowledgment from management or staff. At that point, I had no choice but to leave my car and go inside. Only then did an associate approach me and apologize sincerely for the lack of service. I want to be clear—I do not place blame on the crew members. They did their best to correct the situation once it was brought to their attention. However, the responsibility falls on management for the lack of supervision, organization, and overall leadership. This is not the level of service that Chick-fil-A is known for. The brand has built its reputation on consistent, A1 customer service, and that standard should be upheld at every location. Unfortunately, that was not the case during this visit.
