  I was a little hesitant when Chick-fil-A opened this location in Lulah Hills because of no drive Thru. I was so, so Wrong. What a Fantastic Restaurant!!! When it first opened several months ago, a Helpful Associate showed me how to simply order from the Chick-Fil-A App. It has been a great experience ordering there ever since. The Associates are so friendly. If you want an extra sauce after the Associates deliver your order to your Vehicle, they never complain, and get it to you immediately. In Summary, I know you can get Curbside Service at most all Chick-fil-A Restaurants throughout the United States, but besides not having to play bumper pool with Drive-Thru Vehicles, will you receive Friendly, Superior Service from the Associates and Management which is always present.   I was confused by a chickfila with negative reviews then I saw it's some different style of drive up and order rather than drive through. I placed a pickup order so I can't speak on the drive through, but the food was hot and ready as soon as I got there. Service was particularly friendly too. Seems like a nice location.

  I come to this location every now and then and I always have a good experience. I went this evening, and placed my order with Jackson, what a nice kid! Very good customer service, very personable, and patient. He went over and beyond to assist me and he got me to buy a specialty lemomade, when I don’t even drink juice lol. Keep Jackson around!!!

  Ryan at Chick-fil-A is the definition of top-tier customer service. I’m there pretty regularly, and he’s always consistent, positive attitude, sharp, and makes the whole experience smooth every time. I even tried to catch him off guard and say thank you first… still got hit with a perfectly timed “my pleasure.” I don’t think he’s ever lost that battle 😅 Seriously, people like Ryan are why I keep coming back. Give that man a raise!

  The manager Ryan was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were one of the first cars in the parking lot, yet instead of assisting us first, he deliberately chose to take and prepare the order of the customer who arrived after us. After waiting for some time, we lightly tapped the horn just to get his attention, and his response was immediately hostile. He came to our window with an aggressive attitude, hit on our car window/door area, and made it very clear that he intentionally was not going to serve us first. He then proceeded to take care of everyone else’s order before ours, which felt deliberate, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. His behavior was intimidating, rude, and unacceptable for someone in a management position.
