As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- CMCarson McKennyMar 20, 20261.0I DON'T EVEN WRITE REVEIWS THIS PLACE IS JUST AWFUL Gave this location multiple chances and was let down every single time. The first time was just after midnight, I was the only customer and I ordered in the drive through. When I reached the window, I was ignored for nearly 10 minutes before being told to pay and park in the parking lot. Another 10 minutes pass and I'm given my food, cold. I figure it could just be a bad day, so I go back a week later, this time ordering on the app at 6:45pm exactly. I get there at 6:55 and pull into the pickup lane. Nobody acknowledges I'm there. At 7:10, I pull into the regular drive-through lane to see if I can talk to somebody. After 15 minutes, someone opens the window, I tell them my name and once again, I'm told to park in the lot. I do and wait until 7:40 before giving up and going home without food. The management and staff are INCOMPETENT at this location. There were multiple employees inside the building both visits and I have no idea what they were doing because they sure as hell weren't preparing orders. Only saving grace is the price, but you'd be better off going to literally any other Checkers.

- AAAdamFeb 18, 20261.0I did a delivery order on 02.18.26 and I was appalled by what I received. One of the spicy chicken sandwiches I received had an orange clip sitting on the chicken patty. It’s a good thing that I opened the sandwich to look and see what was on it. I was very disgusted by what I found on my sandwich. This is a food safety issue and object contamination problem. I WILL NOT be ordering from this place again.
