  Dirty outside, needs work done. Staff needs training. Their conversation is more important than me standing there. Charged me for 3rd scoop of toppings!!!!! 1 teaspoon of corn because I wanted 3 instead of 2.

  Marcus was phenomenal. I took my out of town family here to grab dinner in the way home, and his customer service was top notch! This guy need to be the poster child for customer service skills. If you guys don’t promote him I’ll hire him for my business!!

  I love Cava and I will continue to dine at the restaurant BUT… this location CAVA(Decatur) has the worst customer service ever. The manager is rude and rolled his eyes while in conversation with me. Secretly prepared my food in the back out of sight. Ignored my phone calls because I wanted to discreetly ask for a remake away from customers and not cause a scene. The chicken I was served was undercooked which caused me to feel sick the night before. I have an autoimmune condition which makes me extremely sensitive to bacteria and other toxins. After consuming a tiny portion of the uncooked chicken I felt ill and had to take steroids to calm down my immune system. My body responded with itching, hives, and inflammation. You’d would think the manager would at least apologize and offer me something? I didn’t have my meal that I paid for because of the fault of the restaurant. Mistakes happen but why was I treated as the enemy for speaking up? NEVER, will I ever visit this location again. I’m not blaming the employees but if management (the leadership) of the establishment is toxic there’s no point in taking the risk of being mistreated. I wonder how the employees are treated if I’m a paying customer and couldn’t be treated with common courtesy. I bet the culture of this location reflects the nasty attitude

  Don’t ever go here after about 8:30 PM. They will never have anything cooked and will tell you that they don’t have any food left even if you place your order online. I’ve even been told that I should’ve came earlier. And if you place your order online, they can’t cancel it apparently and you have to go through customer support through the website to get your money back. And they lack complete remorse that your order can’t be fulfilled. Why do they stay open so late if they don’t plan on having any food at night? And it’s even more frustrating dealing with people that look like teenagers trying to run the store at night with poor customer service skills.

  First time trying Cava. The food was decent. The employees were not friendly or helpful for a first timer. Also there were two workers talking in front of the trash cans (with a line to the door)and made comments when trying to throw trash away as I was in there way. Not a good first experience.
