Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Horrible. Every single order is not just slightly incorrect but every aspect is wrong. Payed extra for toppings or sauce? You’re getting none of it. More than 5 times in a row. Wanna call to complain? Yeah no answer. This location should be closed. Absolutely ridiculous and straight up theft at this point

Earlier this week, we went to the north georgia outlets and we finally finished all those walkings and we went to Whataburger. As soon as we walked in there , we saw a piece of paper that have said ,(no fries, no mayo, no ketchup, no big buns, no jr meat, no onions, and no chocolate shake) At this point just closed the store, although service was nice but really dude?! no all these kinds of things.

Actually pretty decent. I went to a Whataburger in TX because everyone was singing it's praises. It wasn't i pressive. I gave it a second try when another restaurant had too long of a wait nearby. Pleasantly surprised. The burgers were good. The shakes were fine. I got a malt and it just tasted like a regular chocolate shake. The guys liked their Dr Pepper Blackberry shakes. Service was great.

I have never been at a Whataburger, so I thought i would give a try, so on wednesday a few weeks ago, I went by the dawsonville location about 1:45 in the afternoon. Place was kind of dirty, staff was very rude and acted like I was bothering them by ordering, after repeating my choices of NO Mustard, NO Lettuce several times, I still received my Burger with mustard and lettuce, yes it was on my ticket correctly, the guy at the counter when I asked for it to be corrected said well mistakes happened and we cannot throw your away good food and start over. Instead of arguing, I pulled the lettuce smothered with ketchup and mustard off and dropped it on the counter (sure made a nice mess), then left (the burger was ordinary, worse than burger king or mcdonalds, fries we extremely soggy) and later called my CC card company to dispute the charges for nasty and incorrect food. I will never order ANYTHING ever again from WhataJokeBurger.
