I was very pleased with my service today. Doloirs was incredibly sweet and not only answerd all of my questions. But she also helped an older customer at the table across from me. Very sweet lady, 5/5 service

Went to eat last night. Ordered through the kiosk for them to bring our food (as the tent stated)- order #684- finally went to check and it was packaged as to go and they had called our number. We didn't notice as we didn't expect that since it was marked to eat in the store. No worries. got to the table and there were multiple long blonde hairs (my hair is dark brown and grey) on the top of the fries- since everything else was covered, I asked Jackie if they could replace the fries- she asked a young man who was behind the counter (bigger young guy, blue shirt, wearing the headphones) for them- he mumbled to the employee beside him, looked over at me and rolled his eyes. May be he was having a bad day. Jackie asked for the fries several times (and was running circles around everyone else) I stood there for about 10 minutes as he cooked not one but two batches of fries, looked to see if I was still standing there and then proceeded to give them to everyone else. I finally just asked for a refund. Everything was refunded except the happy meal as the child had to start eating (shouldn't have paid for that either). Manager (young, thin guy) before issuing the refund went to talk to before mentioned young man whom again rolled his eyes at me.

Third time in a row that my order was completely wrong.They throw whatever they want In whichever bag. The staff are very careless apparently.
I'm to the point I just want to avoid this location and drive a little further to another one

Bought a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge and was given ice cream with chocolate syrup. Had to drive all the way back and explain what happened and they have the audacity to give a SECOND ice cream with chocolate syrup AGAIN?? like I wouldn’t notice the issue I had to drive all the way back for??? and on the THIRD TRY finally confessed they didn’t have any fudge. Had they just said they didn’t have the fudge we wouldn’t have had to drive all the way back, AND I don’t get what I paid for. How do people send that stuff out intentionally. Like i wouldn’t notice chocolate syrup a second time. it’s a HOT FUDGE sundae!!! i’m gonna notice it’s a) NOT HOT b) NOT EVEN FUDGE!!

Went to this McDonalds around 11:40pm, someone named K.S took my order. Order was taken at 11:50pm, went to pay and saw a sweet lady who apologized for the wait. Drove up to the last window and noticed the same individual who took my order, received my money, also brought me and made my order. She was working so hard. I did not catch her name but it states “KS” on the receipt. that individual should be praised for working so hard and providing excellent customer service. She apologized and stated that she is the only one. She deserves an A+ & a RAISE. Cleanest McDonald’s I’ve seen as well.
