    I was first and employee ignored and started taking order person after me I waved and said hello and she was like are you ready. She didn’t even say hello then how she knew I’m not ready and person behind is ready. I try to order hash brown and was told they don’t serve food at this time. I was disappointed that this location doesn’t serve food at 6pm. Felt like it racism.

    we got two of the same drinks and they don’t taste the same at all. they were both flavored lattes, one tastes like it's missing the flavoring, and they both taste like they're missing espresso. also taste kind of sour.

    I had a coupon in the Dunkin app for a free hot or cold coffee, so I went through the drive-through and ordered a shaken espresso. They scanned the coupon and told me it only applied to “coffee.” When I asked whether espresso was considered coffee, I was told it was not. What made it more frustrating was that nothing on the coupon indicated espresso drinks were excluded. The lack of clarity was confusing and honestly disappointing.

    EVERY TIME I order from here it is ALWAYS either wrong or burnt to hell and back if it was a couple times whatever but EVERY SINGLE TIME is crazy

    I ordered a large Duncin latte, I asked for light ice so they hand me a large cup halfway full. I asked him to fill it all the way to the top they say the manager says they can't do anything but put more ice in it. So my question is if I got a hot latte how would it get all the way to the top of the container?then like put more creamer in it or something
