- LBlydia baileyDec 12, 20251.0I went through the drive thru at this bojangles to get a Cajun fillet biscuit meal with bo rounds and a sweet tea with a large fry (mind you, no line, plenty of visible staff on shift) i look in the bag that they just gave me, there was no pouch for the bo round, just simply throw in there. my large fry was also missing, no big deal i went inside and got it fixed, come back out to the car to find out they gave us a Dr Pepper instead of a sweet tea, and the Cajun fillet biscuit (that was wrapped in a Cajun fillet biscuit wrapper) was just a regular fried chicken biscuit. that's just pure laziness, they FOR SURE earned that grade of 82 from the health department! 2 more points lower and that place gets shut down!

- DDDonNov 30, 20251.0When I went there today nov 30 2025. I saw that the drive-through was backed up. Plus my truck wouldn’t fit. So I went inside and when I got in there it was backed up at the register. It took the guy in front of me 30 mins before he got to order and when I got there the guy walked off and I had to wait around 15-20 minutes just to have my order taken. Then it took me around another 30 minutes to get my food. By this time I was kinda mad and just walked out with my food because I had to make my own drinks after all of that. So when I got home my order was wrong. I asked for the new steak smothered biscuit and when I got home all that was on my biscuit was a piece of steak and cheese. Now I can see why they closed the one down in downtown Dawsonville probably because of reasons like this service absolutely sucks. Maybe not everybody there but the people that work this morning need to get their damn act together.

Doing a door dash and the other lady said that she was not worried about door dash customers that she was worried about drive through. When asked about an order for another door dasher that had been waiting 30 minutes on his door dash order she replied they only had one wrapper. While she and another employee are standing around. Door dash and drive through should be first priority and if your done taking orders in the front you should be helping in the back.
