We've practically given up trying to come for dinner because any time we do it's a big question if our orders going to be correct and most of the times things we order are forgotten. Wait times are never short. Almost every time we go at night there's never a line yet tonight is the second time we've sat waiting for at least 30 minutes. We had already sat at the window for nearly 10 minutes before we were finally informed they were just now dropping the tenders because the prepared ones had sat too long. Last time it was 45 minutes for fries after informing us they dropped our fries on the ground and needed to make new "fresh" fries yet what we got were ice cold and soggy (we waited over 20 minutes after they told us FOR said "fresh fries") . We love bojangles food so we keep trying to give this store a chance but it just continues to keep disappointing. This was absolutely the last time we'll be going.
