No smile, no, hello, no, nothing!I've been in customer service and food management most working career and I would never tolerate this from an employee! Fortunately , we live far from this town ,and will never return! I did not catch her name but I assume she was the manager,she was giving direction to the crew. She certainly does not need to be working in food service if she's going to have an attitude like that! We finally got our order and it was incorrect. when we brought it to her attention.She argued with us and told my husband his burger was already gone. How difficult would it have been to say?So sorry.Let me fix that order for you right away sir. Have a good day! This woman is a pitiful representation of your company!
