Ordered a second sandwich hers was also to be toasted was not tasted and they put lettuce on her some when she only wants spinach. I love going to Subway in Darien but I will never order online again!!!

Their leaders need to ensure that there is enough bread to last an entire business day, not being left with 5 stale odds and ends left on a tray and telling them to “ration” it out or try to sell the salads to the customers. Your store is located off a busy highway and while I’m a subway fan, this store is my last choice because I already know they’re going to be limited on more than half the items. Why does ownership and management not care about the customers or their employees? Do better - it’s your job to lead - not tell them to ‘figure it out’ or ration the bread.
