this is a constant thing with this damn store. nobody checks receipts! nobody puts correct food in bags ! every single time i order from this store weather it be inside , drive through , or moble app food is missing from my order ! oh yeah. dont even try calling the store. nobody answers so forget that!! this store is pathetic .

4 ppl. All food was pre made. The single was so dry we took it back and they told us it would take 10 minutes to make a fresh one..chose another item....but why was mine not fresh!!!!! All our food was old. Go out of business please.

I've had the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food establishment. I went through the drive-thru put my order in. Upon ordering my first burger I told them I didn't eat bread. My order came with two sandwiches. They put bread on my second sandwich. All of my food was cold. I called to ask for a manager thinking that they would fix the situation. All the manager did was argue with me. Hung the phone up in my face said I was arguing with her but she started the argument instead of deescalating the situation about a piece of bread even though my food was cold when I got there only wanting a refund. She continued to argue with me. Didn't even place the money in my hand. Pushed it at me. Said you people then tried to change it up and say I mean people arguing with me when it was clearly not what she meant. When she said you people. When I told her she was being unprofessional and that I was a customer she said she didn't care, and also called me dramatic because I called her out on not placing my money in my hand. I will be reaching out to a lawyer and I will be suing

I just wanted to get something eat before I started my night shift and when I tried to order the employee that I talked to of the speaker in the drive through was rude and rushed me he didn’t even give the chance to ask for no pickles I just think he needs to be trained better plus the food is cold a little
