I changed this two a five star today Saturday ( it was not so frickin' cold in there. Our food didn't get cold has fast.We couldn't eat it fast enough to enjoy last time 4 days ago and that server really didn't care one way or the other?
When we asked her to turn down the air conditioning to make it warmer in here, she said only our manager can do that. I said, can we talk to your manager? She said we don't have a manager on staff right now. I asked another girl, she said, let me see.She did not lie to me like that.She never came back though.
We came back saturday.Natley was such a great server.That not anything like the last server. I am so glad we tryed again.The bathrooms floors are still real sticky.

I would not recommend this place. My family and I decided to go last night. They seated us in a closed section, and we didn't know until 10 minutes later when another server informed us and moved us to an open section. We were fine with moving because we assumed that someone would come and take our drink order, and we waited; yet nobody took our drink order. After almost 20 minutes of being seated and still not having had our drink order taken, we decided to go to the host stand and ask for our server. They said they did not know where our server went, but said that they would send someone over again. We waited yet again and eventually decided to leave. Throughout the 20 minutes, we were only given the menus and ignored by everyone around us. What was also really upsetting was that more people walked in after we had been moved, and they were greeted almost immediately and had their orders taken all before anyone at our table got noticed. This was really upsetting because we were looking forward to eating at this place. Also, the place was not packed; there were probably two or three tables apart from us. Another thing to note is that there were six of us, so regardless of how long we waited or how the service was, we would’ve had the 18% automatic gratuity added to our bill, which would have not been an issue if we had received excellent service.

Yesterday 3/5, my husband and I visited this location. It was his first time. The place was almost completely empty. It took a few mins to be seated. That wasn’t a big issue. We got seated and our waitress Linda came over a couple mins later and took our drink order. She got our drinks and we ordered a little bit after that. My husband had to explore the menu some. Well he ended up getting a no.6. I got something completely different. The food is brought out and it’s not what he ordered. So it’s another waitress who comes to check on us and she gets it fixed for him. I ended up needing a refill and I place my glass on the edge of the table. She comes over and asks is everything okay? I was like yes.. Just as I was fixing to ask for a refill that she visible saw, she walks away and I had to get her attention. This happened twice with me and once with my husband. I was REALLY thirsty. It wasn’t back to back though. I’m truly not one to complain. I just feel if I am going to pay high prices, I should get good service. We are chilled, laid back, and we DON’T feel as if we entitled to anything. It just kinda struck us the lack on observation on her part. Yes, she was training, but it was common knowledge that the empty drinks needed to be refilled. I also feel she wasn’t attentive enough. I am a good tipper. I love tipping and tip a good bit based on service. Normally I would tip around $25. If I have money to spend to go out to a high priced place, I’ve got money to tip. Yeah, she didn’t get that at all. We felt ignored. The other lady that helped us correct his food was more attentive and caring and she only visited us once and we weren’t her table.
