  4 visits to the new remodeled location. Have yet to receive silverware or napkins with a single order and opened my Mexican pizza to see if only got this terrible excuse for food.. like I do not complain often but come on.. one single slice has stuff on it. The rest are naked.. the last year every combo went up over a dollar nothing changed but the quality reduced.. dude at the window was cool. Not his fault but whoever put this in the bag should be held responsible when a combo cost $12 and I get 1/4 of the food I ordered. Stop spending money on decorations, try spending it training people to do their jobs correctly.

  Me and my wife decided to try out the new Taco Bell and it was clean inside. They have the chili cheese burrito now. Everything we had ordered was good except for the Mexican pizza. All of the toppings and meat was good but the hard shell kinda tasted a little funny.

  I honestly give up ordering from this location for dinner anymore every time I order at night something on my order is always messed up. Doesn’t seem to matter what it is I asked my husband to get spicy ranch with my nuggets and instead I got Diablo. I can’t eat Diablo. My love for Taco Bell won’t change but I guess I’ll have to start ordering for lunch instead of dinner

  We ordered from the drive thru, we ordered our usual Burrito Supremes, a Crunch wrap and tea. The Burrito Supremes did not have the refried beans, sour cream, tomato or any cheese! This order was a total mess! Our order did not have a crunch wrap it shows on the recipt 1 JHM NUGGET CWS?? Showing Leticia G on the recipe. The new beverage place next to Taco Bell had really loud music however they probably couldn't compete with the very loud music coming from the drive thru at Taco Bell, there needs to be a manager somewhere with these workers. The tea was like very sweet water, no taste of tea that I could taste, I tossed it out. The Burrito Supremes had the sauce, ground beef and a very few threads of lettuce, I tried to eat it but it was so soupy it went all down my shirt. Come on Taco Bell "You can do better". The people there today need to be trained as to what goes on a Burrito Supreme. Normally I cook but today I haven't felt well, when I don't feel well we will eat out. Taco Bell is where I have been eating for years, today was a total mess. I have always loved Taco Bell above most Mexican restaurants. Please train your help and please turn down the music so you can actually hear what we're ordering. When we got home to eat our food we were very disappointed. MTBGA Make Taco Bell Great Again. We might try Taco Bell again but it might be a long while.
