  This place is trash even the manager don’t know how to read or she just don’t care. I ordered fry’s extra salt and they couldn’t do that right and my burger was just thrown in the bag not even wrapped… They weren’t even busy for them to make a mistake like that

  Placed order on kiosk. Number was 908, for a total of 13.00 dollars. Waited at counter to pay with cash with no person at register to accept my money. Older Caucasian gentleman stops at register pays and receives his order. Never again. Thankx

  This place has a infamous history of bad service and highly consistent messed up orders. But today really pushed it passed the line. I asked for hot picanti sauce with my order. It showed up on the screen as hot honey sauce. Okay, understandable mistake...she just misheard me. When I corrected the type of sauce over the drive thru speaker....she very curtly responded by telling me what I said, instead of accepting her mistake. I blew it off initially, but when I left, I realized what a poor attitude that is. I wish I had called her out on it then and there.

  Food was ok, service was ok, dinning area needed cleaning. Was trash and dirty tables at night and morning.

  You spend truck stop prices here and they still dont fullfill your oder as you requested. I asked them to cook my chicken cooked to order.. the worker there told me it would be a 6 minute wait. I told her I dont mind. I'll wait . I clearly heard her tell the woman in the back that I want the sandwich fresh. In the meantime I went to the bathroom for about 3-4 minutes, and when I returned to the lobby . I seen her bagging up the food. (Pretty quick 6 minutes if you asked me) . I was hungry so I grabbed the bag and left. I got back to my truck just to taste A almost dried chicken sandwich. The crust was dark and tasted slightly burnt..as if they just redipped the chicken that they already had made. Ive been through this with multiple McDonald's and know the difference from when its made fresh, to when its not. Idk why its so hard to just put something in grease and watch it for a short period of time. It was 3:30 am this morning. It wasn't busy at all. I just dont like the fact that you spend your money, and still get disappointed. You guys need to stop being lazy, and do your job correctly. Because if you were in my shoes and received dry burnt chicken, you wouldn't be happy either.
